A newbie to The East Village with an absolute ton of potential, and that is in the brunch department alone. The alternative to the normal brunches that are out there in Manhattan, chef Roxanne Spruance delights her guests with unique options such as Chicharones, Ramen and Crispy Pork Belly to entice the masses. Copper Kettle Kitchen reads as a beautiful brunch location, with its gorgeous light colors and beautiful windows that bring the beautiful Manhattan skyline into its location. It is a prime reason why this place is so great for brunch, not to mention the great food that goes along with. Adoro Lei has quickly made itself the go to place in Manhattan for the latest in Italian cuisine. Having just launched their brunch initiative there, they are taking that concept and bringing it full force into something you can eat all day long. Harding's NYC- Flatiron
One of the first brunch spots we hit up for Manhattan Digest two years ago was this lovely and homey spot located in the heart of Flatiron. Harding's is spacious as it is beautiful, with amazing brunch options available including Vanilla Bourbon Battered Toast, their Harding's Omelette, which comes with corn, broccoli, roasted tomatoes and cheddar cheese, as well as some great drinks including their Dill Bloody Mary.
