Ramen is quite frankly one of the most delicious kinds of foods out there, especially in the noodle category.  In a city like Manhattan, it is pretty easy to find this culinary delicacy on pretty much every block with not much differentiation.  However, there are ones that excel at the artistry and craft that is all things Ramen, and we have found what we think are the best of the best in this field for you to enjoy, dissect and devour!

What makes this dish just so freaking special?  Over the course of my years in noodle expertise, I have noticed that it pairs incredibly well with such a diverse assortment of meats, vegetables and broths or even better... just by itself.  It is also a dish that doesn't need an overt amount of salt and pepper as the broth itself has such an amazing flavor to it that compliments the Ramen that much better.  More than that, it is just so unbelievably tasty and Manhattan is one of the best cities in the world to experience all you can with this tasty & slurpy noodle.

We polled our readers, asked our fellow staff members, and came up with a short but solid list of who we think is tops in the quest for Ramen noodle domination!  Take a look at our list- do you agree? Think there is something that needs to be added?  Are you salivating already?  Sound off/head to one or more this week!
