Knowing this it wouldn't be hard for you to understand how we stumbled upon 375° Thrice Cooked Fries. Located in the heart of the Lower East Side on 124 Ludlow Street, 375 stands on being a distinctive fry shop that cooks their fries thrice times!!

We all love fries and cherish the many shapes they take, yet does one even wonder the steps that go into delivering these time-honored side dishes. Visiting 375° Thrice Cooked Fries will prompt any fry lover to want to investigate more, like "What is thrice?" and "What are they referring to?"

Normally fries are cooked twice... until now here things are taken to the next level. They’re steamed, lightly par-cooked, frozen and then finally fried to order in hot oil at 375 degrees. If you were wondering where the name derived from, here you go!

Normally when ordering fries, you just order them; however, at 375° Thrice Cooked Fries there is whole separate itinerary to this. The Loaded Fries are a three course meal (or should I say THRICE) in one. These fries are topped with some of our favorite foods from Meatballs & Gravy (SWEDISH POUTINE),  Nem Nuong Pork (BANH MI) to Beer-Battered Cod (FISH & CHIPS, SPECIAL).

Besides 375 being known for their loaded fries, the dipping sauces are off the chain! I never went anywhere and expected to try a Green Pineapple Curry sauce that taste exactly like how it sounds. Sweet from the pineapple however the earthy flavor associated with curry evens the palette. Then there is a Chili & Garlic Sauce that is so good I thought about taking it home a seasoning my chicken with it. It has a spicy after taste which I love, cause I cannot get enough of spicy flavored foods.

Now can you imagine the type of party your taste buds will be having with these offbeat combinations. I know this all may sound like a bit much just to order french fries, and this is why they have such a admirable team there to assist. Trust they know their stuff, cause they surely had to walk me through things.

When you decide to stop 375° Thrice Cooked Fries, mention who sent you!  For more information, please check out their official website.
