Pancakes are awesome. They are delicious. They are fluffy and amazing and something that puts a smile on everyone’s face. And yes, of course… they have a holiday. National Pancake Day takes place tomorrow, March 12, and three amazing places in Manhattan are going above and beyond to ensure that you have one heck of a yummy breakfast that includes several variations of … PANCAKES!

Junior’s Restaurant: 1626 Broadway

The iconic New York City location, known for their mouthwatering cheesecake, also has some tasty Griddle Cakes with optional sides of Bacon, Sausage (Pork or Turkey), Virginia Ham and Canadian Bacon.

Irvington: 201 Park Avenue South

Work in Union Square? Head to Irvington for their heavenly Buttermilk Pancakes – pair it with one of their cold pressed juices, an acai bowl or killer breakfast potatoes for a complete breakfast experience.

Kingside: 124 W. 57th Street

Based in midtown? Kingside’s fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped with house made preserves and maple syrup are the perfect escape from the Tuesday morning hustle and bustle.

Gupshop: 115 E. 18th Street

If you are looking to continue your National Pancake Day celebrations at brunch over the weekend, head to Gupshup for some Bombay-inspired pancakes topped with caramelized banana & candied walnuts with jaggery syrup.
