The Hard Rock Café is the only good reason to visit Times Square for people who live here (enjoy, tourists). It has a multi-purpose vibe to it the minute you walk inside. You have the options to shop til you drop, eat til you pop and so much more. The legendary location just introduced a new line of menu items that will no doubt leave you feeling satisfied and inspired by what they have to offer.
They launched the new menu on June 14, which also happens to be Hard Rock Founder’s Day. Here you can enjoy mouthwatering options like their 24-Karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger. Yes, meat and gold. Isn’t it fabulous? This option comes with A ½-lb. fresh Steak Burger topped with 24-Karat edible gold leaf with Tillamook cheddar cheese, leaf lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and red onion. UMMM WHAT? What’s even better is that they are donating a portion of the proceeds from this item to Action Against Hunger to assist in the fight against world hunger.
There are also savory items to share with your loved ones while there. This includes their One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp (8 oz. of crispy shrimp, tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce, topped with scallions and sesame seeds, served on a bed of coleslaw), All-American Sliders (Three mini-burgers with melted American cheese, crispy onion ring and creamy coleslaw on a toasted brioche bun), Whiskey Bacon Jam Sliders (Three mini-burgers with melted cheddar cheese, crispy onion ring, and homemade Jack Daniels whiskey bacon jam on a toasted brioche bun) and their Three Cheese and Roma Tomato Flatbread (Mozzarella, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, Roma tomatoes and fresh basil, drizzled with cilantro pesto). I tried all four, and so should you as each are some banging starters to enjoy before you indulge in everything else they have to offer.
Oh, and please don’t forget about their boozy milkshakes as they are simply amazing. You can try their Strawberry Cheesecake option or Cookies and Cream. Either way you’ll be ending your meal on a deliciously amazing note.
