Fogo de Chão, which provides locals and tourists with one of the most unique culinary experiences in New York City, just introduced several new dishes that will give everyone another reason to head inside their Midtown location.

Their concept is simple: you are seated inside a gorgeous setting for a couple of hours while dining on some of the most spectacular tasting meats that are served gaucho style by many of their upbeat employees. You are given a coaster that has a red and green side to it. Green means go for ordering, red means you're taking a break.

While there you can help yourself to their impressive market table that comes fresh with everything from the traditional salad options to fresh fish, yummy soup and more. Their meat cuts, like Beef Tenderloin and Bottom Sirloin, as well as other hearty options like their Spicy Pork Sausage, are scrumptious from the first bite to the last. It is a dining experience like no other that anyone would enjoy.

Now Fogo de Chão has unveiled five wonderful new options for the fall season. They are:

New York Strip: A premium steak lightly seasoned with rock salt and fire-roasted on the churrasco grill.

Butternut Kale Salad: Roasted butternut squash, fresh kale, chickpeas and feta tossed with honey citrus vinaigrette, and topped with pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

Butternut & Sweet Potato Soup: Roasted butternut squash blended with sweet potatoes and winter spices.

Pear & Endive Salad: Juicy seasonal pears, red and gold endive, blue cheese, candied bacon, lightly mixed with pear vinaigrette.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes: Oven-roasted and miso-glazed sweet potatoes with freshly chopped parsley.

Each of the fall menu additions pairs perfectly with Fogo’s signature fire-roasted meats. In addition, a la carte seafood options such as the Chilled Lobster and Shrimp appetizer can be added on to enhance the dining experience. The fall season just got that much yummier thanks to our pals at Fogo de Chão.
