If art is your passion then the name Jarren Frame should start to ring some bells for you.
Hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa, Frame was inspired to step into the world of art as a child from his grandfather, Philip Frame.
He would show him the ropes in the world of art during his downtime from running a successful textile business, Frame Textile Group. These little art lessons sparked something on the inside of Jarren which lead him to pursue it full time as an adult.
Life inspires art and in this case, our favorite 007 inspired his, with his last collection being named Bond, James Bond.
Picture it, 33 acrylic paintings of an apprised James Bond imagery over modern-day scenery. This collection was inspired by a trip he took to Sardinia where the classic film The Spy Who Loved Me was filmed. People loved the collection so much it sold out within a year with some of the pieces being hung in our favorite hotels.
Frame is currently working on a new collection of 33 pieces titled "Colors" meant to simulate the meaning we give to colors and the overwhelming amount of data coming at us every single day. This will debut in New York later this month.
