Who doesn't love watching movies? Albeit a guilty pleasure, a breathtaking action flick, ones that make you reach for the tissues, or ones that make you laugh to the point of your stomach hurting? We all have our reasons for loving movies. Well, now that we are in the warmer weather season and can enjoy the outdoors more often, one location is bringing the heat with some great movies to be enjoyed at their amazing space. This is Haven Rooftop, who is launching their "Summer Movie Mondays" series this coming Monday, June 6th.
As part of the #HavenHowISummer series, Haven Rooftop will be transformed into an open-air movie theater. The movie series themes will rotate monthly, starting with beach-themed movies, followed by musical-inspired flicks, and then in August a mix of sports-themed films and airings of the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics.
June movies include:
June 6th – Forgetting Sarah Marshall
June 13th – Just Go With It
June 20th – The Goonies
June 27th – Overboard
Admission is $30 and includes complementary gourmet truffle fries and two signature cocktails. Tickets can be purchased in advance, which is recommended, by emailing events@sanctuaryhotelnyc.com, or alternatively can be purchased at the door.
