When it comes to hotels in New York, the one thing people crave when they book a particular one is amenities, amenities, and amenities.  So many hotels offer the same basic ones (wifi, breakfast), but some are finding themselves going outside the box to really entice their returning customers & potential new ones with something really special to enhance their experience.  Conrad New York, one of the top luxury hotels in New York City, is doing just that with a sailing package that is out of this world!

Conrad New York has partnered with North Cove Marina to offer a premier sailing  experience, available to guests of the hotel throughout the summer months.

In keeping with its commitment to curating elevated and inspired travel experiences, the Conrad New York Sailing Package pairs deluxe, all-suite accommodations with a two-hour private sailing experience around Manhattan for two at North Cove, located steps from Conrad New York at Brookfield Place, in addition to a gourmet breakfast and picnic lunch from ATRIO Wine Bar & Restaurant.

The sailing package, the first of its kind offered by the hotel, offers a chance for guests of all experience levels to sail with highly trained and certified instructors.

“We couldn’t be more pleased about this incredible partnership,” said Robert Rechtermann, General Manager, Conrad New York. “That the America’s Cup race was in our backyard is exciting enough, but to be able to offer our guests this chance to engage sailing themselves, truly supports our 360 degree effort to provide inspired hospitality experiences in Lower Manhattan.”

Guests purchasing the Conrad Sail Package will be treated to an elite experience, with package elements including overnight accommodations for two in a well-appointed suite at Conrad New York; breakfast for two at the hotel’s ATRIO Wine Bar & Restaurant; private sailing lesson for two hours for two people; and an ATRIO gourmet lunch basket complete with a bottle of champagne.

Situated in the heart of Manhattan’s burgeoning downtown neighborhood, Conrad New York is located at 102 North End Avenue and the North Cove Marina is located at 385 South End Avenue. Rates for The Conrad Sailing Package begin at $734 per night and the package can be booked online or by calling 212-945-0100.  For more information on the Conrad New York, visit www.conradnewyork.com.  Happy staying and sailing everyone!
