2 oz Roca Patron Anejo

1 oz Cinnamon applesauce

1 oz grape shrub

1/2 oz agave

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over ice into a double rocks glass.  Garnish with an apple slice

Grape Shrub:

Mix 2 cups slightly crushed grapes (red, green or mixed table grapes) with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar into a gallon sized airtight plastic freezer bag for at least 12 hours in a refrigerator. Do not stir or over-crush the grapes.  Store as flat as possible.

After 12 hours, remove contents from freezer bag and strain juice from grape skins.  For every 2 ounces of grape juice, add 1/2 oz of apple cider vinegar.  Add more or less vinegar to taste.  This can be consumed alone, or with seltzer, black tea, or spirit of your choice.
