Furball, easily the best bear event in the Manhattan area (and beyond), is celebrating its 13th anniversary this weekend at the legendary Stage 48! This event has hosted hundreds of the hottest bears, cubs, and everything in between since 2004 at several different venues over the years, with some of the best DJ's the world has to offer spinning throughout the night. Friday will be a continuation of all of that. Here's why you should attend.
Furball is a big reason why the bear community in Manhattan has become so laser focused in terms of its longevity, togetherness and above all visibility as we were once considered the outcasts in the grand scheme of things. From the LGBT Center to Santos Party House and now its new home at Stage 48, Furball is at the epicenter of keeping this community together with its one of a kind parties that always gets everyone turnt and having a great time.
I will be one of the hosts for Furball along with some very sexy dudes (Chris Reed, Justin T. Russo, Daddy Ersin), who will make sure you are having a good time, and if nothing else they are something smoking hot to look at! There will also be a ton of hot gogo bears and cubs for your viewing pleasure, so make sure you have some singles available to tip if you like (although, you really should).
For the music, my buddy Corey Craig who reps Manhattan is one of the two who will be spinning all night, as well as the uber hot Shane Stiel who is based out of Los Angeles. The theme for this Furball is Leather and Fetish Gear, so although it is not mandatory it is highly recommended that you show up wanting to show out.
The event is presented by night life legend Joe Fiore, with 2 for 1 drink specials all night long in correlation with Cinco de Mayo!
