Grilled Cheese lovers unite! National Grilled Cheese Day takes place tomorrow, Friday April 12. One place in particular, Melt Shop, is going above and beyond to ensure that you enter with a hungry mindset and leave with a smile on your face.

One of those delectable options is their Notorious CHZ (yes, like B.I.G)...…a triple decker grilled cheese loaded with muenster, pepper jack, brick cheddar cheese spread and truffle mayo between three pieces of parmesan-crusted bread.
I got to try this delightful item at their Union Square location a couple of weeks back and was thrilled with each ingredient that was inside. It's a heck of a lot of cheese to consume but worth every bite as you get snippets of each type. Pair that with the yummy cheddar cheese spread and truffle mayo and you are G2G.
